In 1908 in Chongqing, China, a secret soup recipe led to the beginning of the unique Chinese hotpot. The secret recipe combines more than a dozen of ingredients and spices, creating the perfect hotpot broth: slightly numbing, moderately spicy and easily digestible, easy on the stomach.
Fast forward to 2016, with the help of a third generation descendant of the secret recipe holder, the Memory Tongue Hotpot Restaurant was established. Owned and managed by LYW Catering, a company with over 20 years in the catering industry, Memory Tongue Hotpot Restaurant has grown into two locations: Hurstville and Chatswood. |
